Minimum order value
In mainland UK, free delivery applies to orders for stock items with a value of £75 or more (excluding VAT). We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee for custom-made items.
Delivery charges to non-mainland UK and other offshore addresses
All delivery outside mainland UK, including Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands attracts a shipping charge of £5.95.
IMPORTANT: Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and Europe
Unfortunately, owing to increased courier costs, complex paperwork and possible tariffs on our product categories following Brexit, we are currently unable to ship goods to the Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland or Europe.
The number of our UK-manufactured products held in stock can fluctuate, depending on how busy we are. If you require items urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
Small orders received for in-stock products, received Monday to Thursday, before midday, will be despatched the same day for delivery to you the next working day. Large orders of in-stock items (roughly 10 items or more, depending on the product/s ordered) will be shipped on an economy pallet service, which takes 3-4 working days in mainland UK. We will contact you to discuss the most suitable shipping option for large orders and the likely lead time. A next-working-day pallet service may be available for an additional shipping charge. The cut-off for booking pallets is 10.30am on weekdays.
Orders received before noon on Friday for in-stock items will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders for in-stock items received after noon on Friday, and orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (subject to the exceptions above).
If you require items urgently, and we have them in stock, they may be available for collection, by appointment only, from our Essex warehouse. Please contact us to enquire about collection.
Delivery times for items we do not currently have in stock will include the time required to manufacture or finish your order. If you require items urgently, please always contact us before placing your order.
Returns and refunds policy
Your purchase should reach you in perfect condition. However, if your items are damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us straight away on 01206 386683 or email us at email@example.com and we will arrange a return at our expense, for a full refund or replacement.
If for any other reason the goods received do not meet your requirements, or you have changed your mind about your purchase, please call us on 01206 386683 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return and refund.
Returns are subject to be following conditions:
- Non-defective goods are returned within 30 days of delivery and are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Return of non-defective goods is at the buyer’s expense.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
- Goods are subject to our right to levy a 20% restocking charge.
- We do not accept returns of personalised, bespoke-size or other custom-made products unless they are demonstrably defective or do not conform to the specification agreed when we received the order.
