We first achieved full accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 standards, from awarding body NQA, back in 2018 and we’re delighted to announce that, following annual audits and continued hard work from the whole team, we recently successfully achieved re-accreditation – meaning we can boast certification for at least another 3 years.
Happily, accreditation also serves as an undeniable public testimonial, allowing new or would-be customers to feel a level of confidence in us even before they purchase from our expert team. More than that, it allows our current and repeat customers to feel the utmost confidence, knowing that they are making purchases – not only of items of the highest quality as you would expect – but from a company with strong management practices, effective and efficient working processes, a true commitment to quality control at all stages, and much more.
Some highlights from the NQA auditor’s report:
- Process and infrastructure improvements continue and the mechanisms for ensuring customer focus via communication, product quality and satisfaction are embedded in the Evo way of doing business.
- Leadership has been effectively demonstrated and commitment levels are evident.
- The company operate in a very close-knit manner, and this is reflected in the very personal and personable approach to the system, operations and client interaction.
- It is very much a case that ‘quality’ and customer focus are just part of what the company do on a day-to-day basis.
