Evo Supplies launches new Board Trolley range

As the UK’s industry-leading removals equipment, furniture moving equipment and skates and dollies manufacturer, with years of experience in the sector, Evo Supplies is constantly at the cutting edge of new innovations.

And when a customer comes to us with a request to design a bespoke piece of equipment to meet a particular requirement, our team of experts are only too happy to get to work. And that’s exactly what happened with our latest range, the Board Trolleys.

Based on our acclaimed range of welded aluminium Piano Trolleys but originally tailored for our customer in the door industry, our unique Board Trolleys were quite literally purpose built – but now join our core range, capable of meeting the task of moving a wealth of tricky items.

The range is ideal for the easy transportation of a number of boards, panels, doors or window frames, even across uneven ground on all-terrain pneumatic or puncture-proof wheels. The ribbed rubber top blocks help prevent loads from slipping, allowing you to safely and securely transport large, sheet shaped materials.

Each Evo Supplies heavy-duty aluminium Board Trolley is manufactured in our Essex workshops and is available for swift delivery across the UK. 

Joining our Piano Trolleys, our Board Trolleys are unique within the industry in their exceptionally strong and rigid all-welded construction, meaning the frame is created without the need for bolts which might work loose over time, ensuring greater longevity and reliability.

Supported on a steel axle, the two-wheel design allows the Board Trolleys to carry loads of up to 400kg and they are currently available in two alternative wheel variations. For maximum manoeuvrability, the robust, 10-inch all-terrain wheels of the ESBT5P feature steel rim centres with roller bearings and black pneumatic tyres. For moving items on a more unpredictable floor spaces, the ESBT5GT incorporates super-strong, 10-inch all-terrain wheels with steel rim centres and roller bearings, complete with grey polyurethane puncture-proof tyres that won’t deflate or puncture under load.

Both options include securely fixed rubber end-blocks on each corner, as well as ribbed non-slip rubber blocks in the top channel to prevent your load from slipping, although as with all of our products, we always recommend that loads are placed with weight distributed evenly over the wheels and that extreme care is taken to support your cargo at all times during use, by one or two users depending on the items in transit.
